ADVERTISING Contact Image Up at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@verizon.net By Irma Rabago, Recently it has been brought up at Coffee with the GM that the beautiful Solera Diamond Valley grounds have been soiled by pet waste. There are several pet stations along the Paseo and common area equipped with trash bags and receptacles. While enjoying the outdoors with your pets please remember to be courteous of your fellow neighbors; grab a trash bag, pick up after your pet and dispose of the waste in the proper bin. If everyone does their part, no one does too much. Equally important, is the safety of our furry friends. Various sightings of coyotes and even a bobcat along the Paseo have been reported to the office. Management has reached out to agencies like The Wildlife Removal Riverside, Animal Control, and Fish and Wildlife to ask them to remove the coyotes. All agencies have advised that they do not remove coyotes from their habitat. It is best to keep your pets close while walking outdoors. A lot of maintenance items were completed this year. The billiards tables were refurbished, the Paseo tree/bush replacement plan has begun, the defibrillators were updated, the Fire Suppression System was recertified, the indoor pool area was covered with a fresh coat of paint, and the Construction Defect lawsuit was settled and repairs have begun. These are just a few of the maintenance items that were completed this year but the one that I believe I have received the most comments about is the Door Access System. The new system has been installed and all doors are fully operational. YAHOO! The front door opens automatically once you swipe your badge and you are able to enter The Lodge hands free. Please remember to have your badge reprogrammed at the front desk if you haven't already. As we close out the year, I wanted to thank the Board Members whose terms are coming to an end. Director Jim Harris, you reminded me that attention to detail matters. I will always make sure to note in the minutes, that if a Director is absent from a meeting it usually means they didn't vote (insert laughter here). Director Dana Kilpatrick, your eagerness to learn is inspiring. Thank you both for your service to Solera Diamond Valley. General Manager's Report Coffee with the GM We are happy to announce Coffee with the GM will resume as in-person meeting. Please join Irma Rabago in the Broadleaf Room on Dec. 16 at 2 pm.
