Last month was filled with fun events for the Seasoned Solos. We attended three plays: The Murder Room and Ruth in Redlands along with a "Play With Your Food" event with Neil Simon's Jake's Women performance in Hemet. Redlands also had an arts and crafts show called "Art! For Heaven's Sake" with a wide variety of art. There were food trucks so you know the food was also a reason to get out with friends and enjoy the beautiful day. The San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra had a wonderful performance in the historic California Theatre of Performing Arts. It was a heart-warming Tribute to American Spirit. Each monthly meeting is a forum where we welcome new members and greet friends, share ideas for upcoming happenings of interest, then begin the planning process. Everyone is asked to bring their ideas and calendars so we can select dates and times. It really has been fun to finally get out and experience a live performance, have a meal, or see a play. It is even better when you can spend that fun time with a group of your community friends. We are a singles group of men and women in Four Seasons and we meet the first Friday at 6pm in The Lodge Arts & Crafts Room. We hope you will stop by and check us out! Call Joyce Olson at (951) 850-3055 or Nyla Cheely at (951) 285- 8112 for more information. ~ Nyla Cheely. Classical Music Club We are classical music lovers with an interest in sharing our love, knowledge, and interest in classical music. We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in The Lodge Theater. We listen to and watch musical selections on the big screen. Each month we focus on a particular work or several selections of one composer. We also discuss current musical performances in the area. We welcome new members.
