FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2021 45 Country Line Dancing Our holiday party last month was wonderful. The food was delicious, everyone danced as much as they could, and the music was perfect thanks to Elizabeth and Phillip Westbrook. Thank you all for making it a very special dance night. And now, on to Christmas. I just love December! The air is cool and crisp, it makes you want to walk outside, bake inside, and fix fabulous food to share with family and friends. That means we need to offset all the eating (and maybe drinking) calories with movement. What could be more fun than line dancing? If you haven't tried it, come to the Tuesday class in the Ballroom at 2 pm and watch. It is great fun and you meet some pretty awesome people. And both are good for your spirits. Meanwhile, Happy Hanukkah, or Merry Christmas and Happy Kwanzaa. Wishing each of you a wonderful year ahead. ~ Martha Franck, marthafranck@icloud.com, (714) 345-8588 Let's Dance! Our Christmas Dinner Dance on Friday, Dec. 10 from 4 to 8:30 pm is our last event of the year. Hopefully you have your tickets and will be joining us for an evening of good food, good music, good dancing and great fun! The cost is $35 per person and tickets are available from any Let's Dance member or refer to the poster in the lobby for contact information. After this event, we will take our seasonal break and resume classes on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022. Plan to join us in the Ballroom on Monday nights in 2022. Our dances include Swing, Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Tango and Country two step and others. While our professional instructors challenge us to learn new things, they also understand our limitations. This group is for regular folks who like to dance. Nothing fancy. No judging or competition. We just do something that's fun together. Happy Holidays to each of you and we look forward to seeing you in the Ballroom! For further information contact Puring or Gary Stifter at (951) 922-8333 or at purings@verizon.net. ~ Sue Condurachi Heart & Soul Line Dance Heart and Soul Line Dance meets Wednesdays, 4 to 6 pm, in The Lodge Ballroom. It is a mixed level class, easier dances used at the beginning slowly changing the complexity of the dances that move us through dance levels. We use a variety of music that can satisfy everyone's taste, all the steps are broken down, and dances are repeated as we continue to incorporate new dances. Come on out and give us a try. If you have any questions, contact Priscilla Robles at (909) 239-6464. See you all on the dance floor! ~ Priscilla Robles
