PET REMINDER While we have the awesome Canine
Corral where dogs can be off leash, dogs on the trail system need to
be leashed at all times. We have dog-waste stations throughout the
community so please pick up after your pet.
MAIL SLOWDOWN The USPS has slowed down some
first-class mail and we are seeing generally slower delivery of items.
While you might be signed up for bill pay through your bank, quite
often the bank will still send a paper check. To make sure that
assessments are not late, you can sign up to pay through Click-Pay at
www.clickpay.com/firstservice.

have an idea for a Club? Or perhaps want to have updates to a facility
or landscape item? Do you know who to email or contact for those
things? The quickest way to get on the right track is to email issues@

ANNUAL POLICY AND BUDGET PACKET The
Board approved the Association's budgets in November for the Master
Association, Front Yard Cost Center, and Springdale Cost Center. This
is a large packet of information to read but it's a vital document that
details the 2022 budgets and other documents required to be sent per
Civil Code. If you pay through your bank's bill pay system, please take
the time to confirm that all scheduled 2022 payments are correct.
