4 | OHCC LIVING | JANUARY 2022 | • Tentatively approved a rule change to permit blue awnings. • Appointed Sandra Reinhardt, Jeffrey Mowers, Jack Green, David Toppen, James Quinn, Dolores Dowdle, Michael Urban and Ann Collins to serve with Directors Bellomo, Fisher and Kusiak on the Budget and Financial Advisory Committee. • Suspended immediately the authority of the Architectural Review Committee and the Citation Review Committee to hold hearings and assess fines, reserving such authority exclusively to the Board. • Concurred with management to decline submitting a turf removal rebate request, reserving the option for a larger area in the future. • Accepted the minutes of the recent golf course construction team meetings. • Approved Change Order #5 with Candyl Golf Group to provide additional stub-outs and connectors for areas contiguous with the golf course in an amount not to exceed $8,934. • Accepted a golf course construction schedule for posting on the website. • Accepted a lake construction schedule for posting on the website • Approved a water reimbursement request from the Village of Portofino HOA in the amount of $2,343 and deferred action on a requested water allocation change by the Village of Corfu HOA. • Denied a request for a one-time extension of the 90-day guest policy. • Approved the purchase of additional technical equipment to better support teleconference meetings in an amount not to exceed $3,500. • Approved the purchase of an additional digital speed sign in an amount not to exceed $2,931. • Approved closing the HOA office on Dec. 3 at 1 pm to permit Keystone staff to attend an off-site holiday event. • Directed the General Manager to use her discretionary authority to make minor improvements to the memorial bricks on Inspiration Hill. • Accepted an offer from The Villagers to donate music amplifying equipment to the Association. The Board met in a Special Meeting on Nov. 24 and took the following actions: • Approved the relocation of the tees on the 18th hole. • Approved the location of the lake shoreline. • Requested additional information regarding several technical specifications for the lake and the electrical service. • Directed the General Manager to seek additional quotes for elements of the Front Entry Project from O'Connell Landscape Management.
