He began his career as a stand-up comedian and disc jockey, and then in 1982, he unexpectedly landed a job as the weekend weatherman at KNBC. He was on the air until his recent retirement. Now he's back behind the mic. Fritz continues to perform comedy and entertain audiences with hilarious stories of the aging process, which sometimes creeps up on you like a brewing storm.
