| LIFE IN SOLERA | FEBRUARY 2022 | 7 Communication & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) The Communications and Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) Communications Survey was concluded on Dec. 18, 2021. Thanks to the 261 residents who took the time to complete and submit the survey. The purpose of this survey was to determine to what extent our communication methods are used. This information can be used as part of the process of determining which methods CTAC should focus on in an effort to make improvements. We also wanted to gain other general information relative to communication from residents. The survey results are below. Now the Committee is in the process of using this and other relative information to guide our efforts going forward. There are two basic questions that we are addressing: 1. What can we do to improve those methods that have HIGH value but limited use? 2. What can we do to address issues raised on HIGH use methods? In the future, you will see the Committee make recommendations on the establishment of new communication methods as well as recommending improvements to existing methods. CTAC has chosen the MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT feature to highlight. The MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT feature is designed to get information from residents. The information is received by the Board of Directors and the General Manager and may fall under the category of complaints, suggestions, questions, or something else. While Management would like to know who is submitting comments, you can nevertheless remain anonymous by not including your ID information on the form. However, if you would like a response, you must provide an email address at a minimum. A Board Member and/or the General Manager checks these comments on a regular basis and usually responds within 10 days.
