| OHCC LIVING | FEBRUARY 2022 | 9 With the new year comes a new look for the Community Image & Marketing Committee. Our new identity, as shown above, reflects the Committees' purpose and function. The three intersecting circles represent the CIMC, the Com-munity, and the HOA/Master Board working together. The center circle represents these combined resources. The white intersection point reflects the solutions achieved. The colors are the same as our OHCC logo, reflecting continuity of brand. Our Committee is unique, as it is tasked with ensuring the continued recognition and uniformity of the OHCC brand throughout all uses (i.e., website, marketing materials, resident communications and esthetics). In addition, we are a Committee that works along side other committees to make observations and advise on logo usage, signage, landscaping improvements, alterations to community buildings and property and more. We act as a resource for other committees, clubs, the Master Board, and HOA. The new Front Entry Project is nearly complete. The new monument has been delivered and we are teaming with others to finalize plantings, lighting and placement. We are looking forward to the unveiling and celebrating our long-awaited enhanced entrance. Over the past months, the Committee worked with the HOA to provide input on ways to conceal the new pump housing with landscaping, turning an unsightly unit into something that enhances the area. We also made recommendations on the replanting and placement of the blue pots at the Clubhouse entry. We continue to work with clubs and committees at their request. We also work closely with the HOA to enhance and improve our community image, to ensure consistency of our message and protect home values. The Committee welcomes all residents' observations and comments.
