| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2022 | 25 After an exhausting workout, you will find us catching our breath in the Bistro. We find that this special time is our chance to catch up on current happenings in each other's life. The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12 exercises to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one-half hour. This group is full-on noise, laughter, and special friendships. So, if you like a break from the usual, just come and enjoy the fun. SASY is free. We meet in the Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne Lincoln at 765-7112 or Char Weakley at 926-2599. Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) It is said that a healthy lifestyle is accomplished by staying active, what better way is there by participating in outdoor activities. Bocce is just the right amount of exercise to help condition our legs and arms. Bocce is also a great social activity performed outdoors with lots of fresh air. It also helps us to realize we are getting back to some form of normal conditions here at Four Seasons. In the February article, I gave you important dates to mark on your calendar. What I did not give you was where the sign ups are. It was undetermined at the time, but we now have the go ahead to use the Lodge Ballroom. You can now pencil in on your March 6 reminder that you will need to go to the Lodge to fill out the Team Members Application. Emails will be very important so please remember to have that important information along with all players' phone numbers just in case. Some past players who I depended on to help run Bocce fair and square are back to help me. Royce Jerman will be the Club's Treasurer, Royce was the treasurer for the Club for many years and did an outstanding job for the Club and for all of us. Another past player and important person that helped keep things running smooth for all of us was our Official Scheduler. Once all applications were collected it was important to arrange a players schedule for all the teams on a weekly basis. Orville Ellingworth will again be our Official Score and Schedule Person. Orville helped our Club to have a record of all scores and designed the Championship Playoff for all teams to participate. Orville has the ability to make all teams important no matter the skill set of each team. Please welcome those folks when we meet to organize the Bocce Club Sun., March 6 in the Lodge Ballroom. Hope to see some familiar faces and also some of our newest residents who have not had an opportunity to join an activity because of their work schedules. Come join us on Sunday afternoon for a great opportunity to meet folks everywhere here in our community we call home. Watch for some e-blast as a reminder the time is getting closer. ~ Ross Brunetto, Bocce Chairperson, (951) 926-8295. Bocce
