26 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2022 | No new news for Shuffleboard for March. Come join us on Monday and Fridays at 9 am. No pressure or commitment. Join us when you can. Just fun with fellow residents. Get out in the fresh air and get some practice. As always, you can check out equipment at the front desk. Be careful when spreading the cornmeal mixture. It is slippery and please do not walk on courts. Happy and Veterans Day to all. Thank you for your sacrifices. ~ Toni Harris (951) 325-8357. Shuffleboard We have a few people interested in playing horseshoes. There is a horseshoe league that plays on Wednesday mornings at 8 am at different locations around Hemet. We practice on Saturday mornings at 8 am. Horseshoes Billiards Corn hole Come join fellow community members every Wednesday afternoon at 3 pm for friendly play. Our Four Seasons' team plays every Tuesday morning from 9 am to noon. If you have any questions, please call Ron Cordero at (909) 519-9095 or Art Martel at (909) 973-8208. Are you interested in playing corn hole with others? This is a fun way to practice your aim and come together for fun and games! Please put your name on the interest sheet located in The Lodge. Pickleball Come join the fun! We play on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays from 7:30 am to noon. We invite anyone that would like to learn how to play Pickleball to come on down the fourth Saturday of the month at 8 am for lessons. We know you will have as much fun as we do. Players of all skill levels welcome! Our cool, sunny mornings are making perfect tennis weather! Our last article did not mention weekend play, however, join in if that is when you have time. There are always folks on the courts Saturday mornings. Sundays, and every afternoon the courts have no regular players. If you want to practice your serving and shot making without a crowd, those are perfect times — and the morning chill will be off in the afternoon too. Pictured in the photo above are a few of our players who gathered on a recent Friday morning. Obviously, tennis makes folks happy!
