Communication & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC)
Despite "roadblocks" being put in our way due to COVID-19, the
Communications & Technology Advisory Committee is keeping busy.
The major issues currently being worked on include:
• Making improvements on the sound system in the Oakmont
Rooms
• Developing methods so that Open Session and other meetings
can be broadcast to residents in the comfort of their homes
• Expanding on our eBlast system to include additional information
• Making improvements to our Solera website
Our meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month
at 10 am. Guests are welcome to attend our meetings, currently being
held via Zoom. If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact
me at SoleraComm@gmail.com and I will get information to you on
how you can attend.

features chosen to meet the needs of the Solera community.
CTAC has chosen Governing Documents to highlight.
It is important for residents to be aware of Solera's
Governing Documents (many required by law). While
most residents have these documents in written form, they
are also available on the Solera website and include:
• Articles of Incorporation
• Bylaws
• Community Rules
• CC&Rs
• Design Guidelines
• Election Rules
• Rules for Board Meetings
