We readily admit that we are a noisy group. SASY has the record for
being the longest-running exercise group in Four Seasons. Its success
is owed to the casual atmosphere provided as we strength train. We
believe that the magic of the aging process is just to keep moving!
The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12 exercises
to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one-half hour.
So, if you like a break from the norm, come and enjoy the fun.
This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every
Tuesday and Thursday.
