To all my fellow Solera neighbors,
Just a quick note to remind all of you that as the temperatures rise,
our precious pets sometimes suffer if taken for a walk in the hotter
time of the day. The asphalt gets very hot… plus they're wearing fur
coats so 75° to them will probably feel hotter than 90°.
Some suggestions to protect your pet:
• Walk your pet early in the morning or in the evening when the
sun's heat is less intense.
• Walk your pet on the grass if possible - and remember to pick
up after him or her.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to hot asphalt.
Have a wonderful spring and summer everyone! Keep cool and
