The FAC was established for the purpose of advising and making
recommendations to the Board on matters pertaining to all community finances.
They serve as financial oversight for the Association by reviewing the annual
operating budget prepared by the management staff, recommending policies
that maintain and improve the financial health and integrity of the Association,
and developing financial reports requested by the Board. On a regular basis they
review the monthly financials, investments, contracts, the reserve study as well as
the annual audit. The committee then reports back to the Board of Directors with
recommendations on all financial matters for the Association. Members appointed
to the committee are required to have the background and skills (such as computer
literacy, software knowledge) necessary to perform the duties assigned and to
enhance the effectiveness of the committee. Applicants for open positions on the
FAC may be requested to provide documents relevant to the experience to serve.
The FAC meet the third Tuesday of every month at 2 pm. Current members are
Tom Lontz (Chair), Dennis Haffeman (Co -Chair), Candice Gartner (Secretary),
and Dave Wellfare.
