The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12 exercises
to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one-half hour. We are a
social group and retreat to the Bistro for breakfast after class to catch
up on life activities.
So, if you like a break from the norm, come and enjoy the fun.
This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every
Tuesday and Thursday.
