AGE VERIFICATION
When everyone moved in, and every
two years thereafter, you verified your
age to qualify to live here. It's almost that
time again when we will be sending out
the Age Verification Form to everyone in
the community. It is important to get those back from everyone to
keep the community age-restricted.
HOME MAINTENANCE
There are many garage doors and other items, such as the
wooden fascia, that are in need of painting. I wanted to bring
this to everyone's attention now as we will start sending courtesy
reminders to owners who need to paint their garage door and other
parts of their homes. The Community Guidelines changed last year
and state that even if you are painting the "original" colors, you must
submit colors to ARC and get approval prior to painting. ARC forms
can be found on the website and The Lodge or RCN.
SLOW DOWN
A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to
slow down. We have had several accidents in the last couple of
months where people have hopped the curb and damaged property.
Thankfully, no one has been injured in these incidents. Once you are
home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will
only save you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the
Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and 15 mph in parking lots. Please
slow down and drive responsibly.
