As June arrives, the Pass Action Group (PAG) is continuing the
fight to stop the warehouse on Sun Lakes Blvd. The PAG filed suit
in Riverside Superior court on April 18, 2022, against the City of
Banning and the developers. The courts will dictate the timeline for
the next steps.
Four causes of action have been listed in our Petition for Writ of
Mandate:
• First Cause of Action: Violation of CEQA (California
Environmental Quality Act
• Second Cause of Action: Violation of Right of Due Process
• Third Cause of Action: Violation of Banning Municipal Code
• Fourth Cause of Action: Violation of State Planning and Zoning
Laws
We will be holding an OPEN MEETING – TOWN HALL on Sun.,
June 5 at 2 pm in the Sun Lakes Ballroom. Please attend, if possible,
as we will give updates on all matters at this time.
The Pass Action Group has developed a new email address and
