After all, no matter what kind of diet or exercise program you follow and no matter what health goals you set for yourself, having the support of others who share your goals and challenges can make all the difference. The TOPS method is scientifically proven to help members like you stop dieting and start making changes you'll love and can keep for a lifetime. TOPS is the only nonprofit, noncommercial weight-loss organization of its kind. At weekly chapter meetings, TOPS promotes successful weight management, healthy eating, and regular exercise. We invite you to visit our chapter once free of charge. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins starting from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am. Membership is affordable at only $49 for the year for new members plus $3 monthly chapter dues. Lori Bell, Bea DiMatteo, Georgia Williams, and Rosalee Strong attended the TOPS Southern California Area Recognition Day held at The Doubletree Hotel in Ontario in May.
