| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JULY 2022 | 45 Yiddish Culture Club JULY SUMMERTIME FUN WITH THE YCC One of the most fun things to do during the hot summer months at SLCC is to have a barbecue with your friends of the Yiddish Culture Club. On July 13 at 6 pm, please join us at the South Clubhouse for a fantastic catered BBQ with entertainment. This will definitely be a fun-filled evening. There is nothing better than friends, food, and music. Our caterer, Gourmet Your Way, is going all out with a stellar buffet offering BBQ chicken, pork ribs, baked beans, mac 'n cheese, red potato salad, and cole slaw. Presented with corn bread and butter but not complete without apple and cherry pies. Cost for members is $20 pp with guests and non-members paying $25 pp. Checks should be made out to YCC and dropped off at the home of Ellie Fixman, 5081 Rio Bravo, NO LATER THAN WED., JULY 6! You can find the flyers at the Main Clubhouse near the reception desk. There is an eight- person limit per table. Please notify Sara Friedman at (951) 797-3599 if you have dietary restrictions or need a special meal. In addition, we will provide the entertainment of Fushion. The members are Bruce Dills, Nancy Ford, Susan Fitzpatrick, and Sandy Haines. This quartet will present a variety of patriotic songs to help all of us enjoy this wonderful event. We can't wait to see you all there celebrating with us, even if a little later than the Fourth of July. Don't forget that our fiscal year begins July 1 and the $20 membership dues are due now.
