Near or Far
A look back in
time? Not really.
Holmes County,
Ohio is home
to the Amish.
People visit
Holmes County
to experience the
simpler life, take in the fresh air, travel the back roads and admire
the landscape. There are hardware, lumber, and woodworking
establishments. The best thing is the homemade food - mashed
potatoes and gravy, dressing, fried chicken, creamed corn, potato salad,
peanut butter spread on yeast rolls, etc. and the baked goods. Mrs.
Yoders restaurant is the place to go.

Herman & Thelma
Jamilano visited the USS
Midway docked at Navy
Pier around San Diego's
embarcadero to honor
our men and women in
uniform. It was their first
trip there in two years.
