Happy Campers RV Club Another summer is upon us, and our many adventures have begun. Unlike last year, gas prices and inflation have affected some of our plans. Although some trips have been canceled, as we saw in last month's article, others are in full planning mode. We still have openings for our annual trip to Pismo Beach on Sept. 19 through the 26th. If you have never been to Pismo Beach, this is a great way to do so. We stay at the Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. It's a beautiful, clean park with an easy walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. Ray and Doreen Croteau are this year's Trail Bosses. Ray and Doreen are also heading up a trip to Death Valley and Pahrump NV. This trip will be Nov. 8-17. Linda Wetter is putting together a trip to Chula Vista for May of 2023. Only two couples were able to make our Borrego Springs trip. The weather was amazing, the park was beautiful, and the golf course was in great condition. We still have members out exploring this great nation and as our travelers return home, we look forward to hearing all about their adventures. 2023 planning is in full swing and now is the time for your suggestions and input. Don't own an RV? Rent one and join the fun. Stay safe and as always, happy camping. | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2022 | 23 Juliane and Larry Sandberg with the Serpent in Galleta Meadows, Borrego Springs Pearl, my navigator.
