24 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2022 | We are entering the lazy days of summer. We can sit back, read a book, stare at the TV, or decide we need some female contact to liven up our life! There is nothing better than the true laughter of women enjoying themselves. The fourth Monday at 2 pm, a group of women gather to come up with fun things to do. We really are the Four Seasons sisterhood. Join us. We welcome you. President Debbie Foster welcomes calls to answer any questions you might have about our activities. She is a dynamo who's hard at work to keep her feet on the ground… in a good way! Keep her number handy (805) 406-6581 for current information. This article may seem confusing but we write a month in advance, that's why some things have already happened. Some of us wanted to attend a formal tea, hats and all. Lucille Gould arranged everything at Nana's Tea House in Hemet. There were 20 fabulous women who attended as you see in the pictures above. Thanks Lucille! We try to have interesting outings that are diversified so eventually everyone is excited about an event. On a Friday in June, Jan Fifield planned an outing to the Perris Airport and Bombshelter Restaurant. Hopefully we will have seen some sky divers! Several of us would like to have an activity here at The Lodge. On July 14, we will have an in-house lunch and movie in the Ballroom. We are voting on the food and which movie to watch. Call Debbie for the results. Our motto is "to have fun, to stay positive, to stay energized, and always give back to the community." I believe Lucille came up with that while being president. While we have fun, and encourage each other, we also donate to Valley Restart every other month. This month they would like toiletries and cleaning supplies. Four Seasons has so many events scheduled at this time that it was decided to keep our activities to one a month until summer is over. There are some fantastic movies coming to the theaters for summer so we may throw a blockbuster in at the last minute. Patsy Racine closed our meeting with another fun word game. Members of our club can join us on our outings. To be a member, you pay your yearly dues and come to our monthly meetings when possible. Until next month, Cookie FS Ladies Club WIT (Women In Touch) These ladies share a common bond – the loss of the love of their life. The dinner meeting and social interaction helps with rekindling old friendships as well as new. The WIT Team gathers once a month in the Ballroom for a dinner meeting. Dinner orders are called into the Bistro between 2 and 4 pm. When they gather at 5 pm, their orders are already being prepared, and are ready for delivery to each attendee. We are a support group; this is your invitation to join us and be part of the WIT Team here in Four Seasons. If you have questions regarding WIT, please contact Brenda Beers at (951) 306-6670 or Jeanne Lincoln at (951) 765-7112.
