Let me use my 23 years of real estate experience in our Valley to answer your questions
and provide you with a FREE report of your home's market value!
Question of the month: What's going to happen to the market in the second half of 2022? Real estate
experts use information like interest rates, inflation, and the average time a house spends on the market
to inform their predictions about the residential real estate economy. While no one has a crystal ball,
current figures suggest that the market is entering a more manageable period, similar to pre-
pandemic pricing trends and activity levels.
Autumn, scarves and sweater weather is right around the corner, and I am sure many of us are ready for cooler weather, and
maybe a pumpkin spice latte. If you are ready to make a move, I hope you will give me the opportunity to share my multi-
faceted marketing plan and my strategy for helping you negotiate the best offer. My 23 years experience as a licensed
real estate broker will help you avoid some of the common pitfalls that can happen during the sale.
If you are not currently working with a Realtor and have questions, I am available to consult with you.
(I may publish your question in next month's issue so that everyone can benefit from the information!)
