AS WE REMEMBER
Please welcome our new Securitas Post Commander,
Breanda Ross. Breanda oversees the onsite Securitas
personnel and is responsible for assigning officers to their
daily activities, training, motivating employees to ensure
post orders are followed appropriately, determining
problems, and taking appropriate action. Breanda began
her journey with Securitas in April 2022 but has many
years of administrative and supervisory experience. In
just a short time at her previous post, officer Ross assisted
her District Manager in resolving several issues with the
crew. Officer Breanda learned the post orders, enforced
them, coached the team, and applied disciplinary action
if/when needed. Breanda was born in Washington and
came to California at the age of six. Breanda has been
married for 15 years and has three beautiful children,
ages 12, 10, and two. Breanda also has three dogs; two
German Shepherds and a Pitbull. She enjoys spending
her free time going to the beach, cooking, working out,
and spending time with her family. Breanda recently lost
both of her parents, making her guardian of her younger
autistic brother. We're pleased to have Breanda as part of
the Four Seasons at Hemet Team.
