Welcome to Solera: Meet the Newest Members of the Staff
Monica Muñoz, CMCA, is our new General Manager. She has over 14 years of experience in community
association management. Monica's community association portfolio includes master-planned communities,
55+ active adult, condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes. Monica's passion for working with
55+ active adult associations grew from working at Trilogy at Glen Ivy Master Association for 12 years where
she honed her skill-set. Monica continues to grow due to her personalized customer service and ability to
work proactively, anticipating needs and taking action. Her extensive communication, professionalism and
passion of helping homeowners live better lives ensures a well-managed community. Monica's dedication
to the industry continues through her Community Association Institute's membership, volunteerism, and
education. Monica has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation and plans to
earn the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. In her free time, Monica enjoys exercising
diligently, hiking, camping, off-roading in their 1990 YJ Jeep Wrangler, horseback riding, and fishing with her
husband Javier and two children, Giselle and Samuel. All of this helps her maintain a work-life balance.
Monica Garcia is our new receptionist. She is looking forward to meeting all of you. She said, "Helping
people is something I have always dreamed of and I am glad to get to be a part of this team and look
forward to helping you all." She currently lives in Beaumont with her boyfriend but grew up in Moreno
Valley. She comes from a busy work environment in retail where she was a Supervisor for a retail store.
Her favorite hobbies are to sing, read, and she enjoys playing sports with her family. She enjoys having a
great cup of coffee. Please feel free to pass by the office and say hello.
