| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2022 | 33 Tennis is thriving at Four Seasons Hemet, with the courts being used most mornings. Mondays and Fridays see a preponderance of ladies, however any gentlemen wishing to play are welcome and there are some regulars. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the preponderance is gentlemen, however a few ladies play too! The bottom line is, if you have been thinking about playing, PLEASE JOIN IN on whichever day(s) fit your schedule. Of course, the courts are available whenever The Lodge is open, and there are lights for nighttime play. There is a ball machine for folks to practice with. Let The Lodge attendant know a day ahead if you would like to use the ball machine, and they will ensure it is charged and will bring it to the court for you. Our weather provides near perfect conditions year round. Come hone your skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of Four Seasons tennis! Tennis Club Tai Chi You are invited to join a wonderful group of folks on Mon., Wed., and Fri. in the Ballroom, from 9:10 - 10 am for Tai Chi. There is no experience necessary and chairs available as needed. The Harvard Health Medical School reports, "This gentle exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life." There is no charge for the group, and can come whenever you are available. We follow two videos and then do a set of movements to music.
