14 | THE COLONY NEWS | NOVEMBER 2022 | NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY Saturday, Dec. 31, 6:30 pm to Midnight This year, our New Year's Eve party is going to be one for the records! We will have two live performances by some excellent local talent: Ken Rice, an awesome saxophone player, and John Demps' Full Effect Band. Our sax player, Ken, will start the evening with some fantastic saxophone music, and the R&B vibes of John Demps' Band will have us jumping into 2023! The buffet will include three entrees: pork tenderloin, salmon, and roasted turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gravy. At 10:15 pm, we will bring out some late-night bites, but not before our 9 pm toast and then again at midnight. This event is BYOB. Tickets are $50 per person and will be sold on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 8 am in the Annex. Checks only, made payable to The Colony Social Committee or we can stamp them.
