Verification Form you received mid-October. We
conduct this survey every two years and must
have them completed to keep the senior status for the community.
Reminder Process for Gate Calls In an effort to help streamline
the process for adding guests to the gate system dwellingLIVE,
owners can call The Summit or The Courts to add someone to their
list. Owners always have the option of logging into dwellingLIVE
themselves to manage their guest list. There is a link on our website,
www.fourseasonsbeaumont.org, but we understand that the comfort
level for technologies varies greatly within the community. The
Summit's phone number is (951) 769-6444 and the number for The
Courts is (951) 845-4865.
Slow Down A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting
is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not
stopping at stop signs will only save you a few seconds of time. Speed
limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and 15 mph
in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly. Also please
