Christmas will be upon us in no time. The Bunco Babes will be celebrating the festive holidays on Dec. 16 with a full homemade Italian dinner made by its members. Last month we had our Halloween dress up party. It was lots of fun. We are hoping with the new year right around the corner you might like to join us in playing bunco. We have lots of fun and make lots of noise in the process. It has been a successful bunco year. We would like to thank all our members and Julie Rodriguez for leading this group and for its success. More information will be in your January newsletter, to join us in the new year. Happy holidays to you all! Hand & Foot Calling all card players and especially Hand & Foot card players: are you a new resident and looking for an afternoon of fun? Come join us once a week. Even if you have never played the game, we can teach you quickly. Our group meets every Wednesday at 12:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room at The Lodge. There is no fee. Come as you are. Call or email to add your name to the list, although you can just show up and play. For info, contact patsyhall852@yahoo.com or (951) 599-4687. Looking forward to meeting all new players, as well as welcoming back previous players. ~ Pat and Bill Hall Mexican Train It's so nice to see so many new faces coming to play with us on Tuesday evenings. I'm hearing a lot of chatter and laughter at the tables; everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and that makes me very happy. It's also a fun way to meet new people or reconnect with some you haven't seen in a while. So, if you've never played Mexican Train, don't let that keep you away. It's a game played with dominoes and it's very easy to learn. We play on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm in The Lodge Multipurpose Room and would love to see more newcomers at the tables. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! It's best to show up a little early so we can be ready to start playing on time. For more information, contact Bobbie Davis at (951) 223-3836 or misserdog@outlook.com. Double Deck Pinochle Join us Fridays, 10 am in The Lodge Multipurpose Room. Don't know how to play double deck pinochle? We will teach you. It is a lot of fun. For more information, contact Dick Tarpening (951) 766-7613. Poker Mondays and Thursdays at 12 pm in the Multipurpose Room. Come join us! Mah-Jongg Club The MahJongg Club invites you to join us and enjoy playing this game which dates back hundreds of years. If you are curious about the game, come and learn how to play! If you are an experienced player who is new to our community, please come and join our group. We play every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 3 pm in the Multipurpose Room.
