Subsequent Offenses – After a 3rd offense, all subsequent incidents that occur within a 24-month period of the first offense may
result in a $25 increase added to the 3rd offense fine and may continue to increase by an additional $25 added to the amount already
fined for each offense thereafter as well as a possible 30-day suspension of community privileges.
In accordance with Civil Code #4360, Rule Making Procedures, these proposed rule revisions are presented for member review. Please provide,
in writing, any comments or questions you may have regarding these revisions to the Board of Directors within 30 days of this receipt.
