As the year draws to a close, we have been busy planning interesting and fun activities for next year.
Educational programs we have planned are Recycling and Composting in January; Watering and Irrigation in May; and Rose
Care in October. A field trip we believe you will enjoy is to Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens in Fallbrook in February for lunch
and a walk through the gardens. And, of course, we will have our 2nd annual Colony Garden Tour, which will be on Saturday,
April 15. This will be a month earlier than last spring and hopefully it will be cooler! So be sure to save the date, and please start
thinking about showing your garden.

Thanks to everyone who purchased many of The Colony Calendars at the Holiday Boutique. A special thanks to those who
purchased more than one! What a great gift for friends and family, whether your dog was featured or not. There are some left,
so it's not too late to get yours. There were many people who didn't make it to the sale. If you were one, you can still support The
Colony Kennel Club for 2023 and get your calendar by calling either Harold Shefski at 714-209-3755 or Shannon Fowler at 760-
553-3755. Our Petposium will be in March. Watch for the date to be announced!
