The RAAC's trip over to Laguna Beach for the Sawdust Festival's Winter Fantasy
was a huge success. We had 50 residents and their guests join in as we enjoyed a
beautiful winter wonderland.
We all scattered in different directions, each one of us looking to find that "thing"
they had to have — maybe it was for them, or maybe for a friend or family member
to receive as a holiday gift.
We found a petting zoo, paintings, hand blown glass, jewelry, leather goods, pottery
and so much more. We even found Santa there. The children there (and a few big
kids) had fun getting pictures taken with him, and he even brought snow with him.

The work that goes into this festival is remarkable. The beautifully decorated trees,
