OHCC Walkers and Hikers has a year-round calendar
that highlights some of the best places to explore in San
Diego County. It is a great way to meet people and build
friendships while experiencing the diversity of San Diego
County wildlands. Interesting fact: San Diego County has the
greatest biological diversity of any county in the entire nation!
Walkers and Hikers offers two levels of experiences. Casual
walks and more rigorous hikes that are offered on alternating
Thursdays and Fridays. We are planning quarterly weekend
get-aways. Our outings take us to places with historical
significance, interesting geology, wildflowers, birds, and more.
You are sure to explore areas of San Diego County you've never
seen before and learn about and enjoy the outdoors with like-
minded people.
