Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee voted to approve the painting of wrought
iron fencing by Empire Works in various parts of the community
as shown by the reserve study. The committee voted to approve the
purchase of new chairs for the game room. The committee is still
looking for new tables or table tops.
After several attempts to replace the existing seating in the Theater,
the committee voted to approve the reupholstering of the existing
seating with leather. The committee also approved the purchase of
pool lift covers for all the lifts.
The Facilities Committee meets the second Wednesday of the

Hello! We hope everyone had a great Christmas and a Happy
New Year! The Social Committee is taking January off, but we have
upcoming events.
On March 4, we welcome a band called Swinging 60s. Tickets go
on sale Feb. 6 at 9 am in The Lodge Ballroom for $25, so come and get
your tickets. Please stay tuned for more info in February.
