The OHCC Spring Festival, formally known as the Eggstravaganza is coming April 8. Join us with your friends and family at 10:30 am at the
Lanai and surrounding grass areas. The first egg hunt will start promptly at 10:30 am. and there will be four separate egg hunts based on age.
This year's festivities include bounce houses, petting zoo, bunny photo opportunities and Papa's Groovy Ice Cream Truck. Don't forget cash
for Papa's Groovy Ice Cream Truck and your Easter baskets.
OHCC Recreation Department sponsored legal symposium on Elder Abuse/Identity Theft is back with featured speaker Paul Greenwood on
April 19, at 2 pm in the Mykonos Room. Retired Deputy District Attorney Paul Greenwood headed up the Elder Abuse Prosecution Unit at the
San Diego DA's Office. Paul now spends much of his post-retirement time speaking on behalf of AARP nationally, consulting on elder abuse
cases and providing training to law enforcement and Adult Protective Services agencies across the country and internationally. He is also
involved as the criminal justice board member of National Adult Protective Services Association.
