| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MAY 2023 | 11 May is here and so is spring, so please, enjoy the flowers and beautiful weather. The Bistro Committee is very excited to welcome Tricia Hernandez into our group. She sat on her first meeting April 4. Tricia seems to be full of energy and enthusiasm for the Bistro and all of our activities, and we are so happy to have her join our committee. Carol Webber gave her notice of resignation at our March meeting. We are thankful for her friendship as well as her time and service to the Bistro Committee for the past 5 ½ years. Wishing her all good things for the future. Jan Fifield will be taking over the monthly drawing for the Bistro's "Free Brunch for Two" at the BOD meetings that Carol has been doing. I hope you all enjoyed the Easter Buffet (it hasn't happened as of this writing). I hope you noticed and appreciated the table cloths and pretty pink cloth napkins making a lovely showing for this very special day, along with Francisco's great food. Following Easter, we had two days of "CHOO-CHOO" Railroad Train displays. There were many trains and different presentations from so many people. There were hamburgers, hot dogs and tacos to munch on, plus entertainment. Of course May is always Mother's Day month. Francisco will again have a great buffet with ham and waffles added, and once again cloth napkins and tablecloths will adorn the tables and make it special for all the moms on their very special day! This year's Mother's Day and Sunday Brunch fall on the14th, (second Sunday). There will be two seatings; 9 am and 12 noon. You don't have to arrive at those precise times just know those who dine early must be out by 11:30 to reset tables for the noon group. The ballroom will close at 2 pm. Hope to see you there!
