Remember that in addition to the Bingo game prize money there are always 10 door prizes at $10 each too! Lots of chances to win! Join your friends and neighbors for a fun-filled evening. In addition, the Restaurant & Lounge staff provide dinner and libations. Director Thomas and Chef Chris provide us a different entrée every week. The Restaurant staff is the best! Only Sun Lakes member cards or credit cards are accepted for food and drinks. Game dates will be May 9, 16, 23, and 30. We play 12 regular and three special games and guests can play all 15 games for as little as $7 for the whole evening. Many cash and door prizes are won each week. The FAC is an advisory committee designed to provide support to the Master Board, analyze financial information, and provide recommendations to the Board and management that will maintain and improve the financial performance of the community. Following a review of our activities over the last year, the committee met on Feb. 17 to refocus our efforts. Areas of focus will include the following: investments, cash accounts, reserves, insurance, golf amenity, Restaurant & Lounge, and balance sheet. Investments update: A sub-committee was formed on Feb. 24 with Steve Von Rajcs and Ron Mitchell to review the policy drafted in 2014. The committee will continue to work with our Investment Officer (Chris Mitchell) to fully implement and update the 2014 Investment Policy. CALLING ALL RETIRED BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL RESIDENTS: The FAC is looking for new members! If you are interested in helping to continue to ensure financial success of our great community, please come to one of our meetings on the third Wednesday of each month in the at 2 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. You are always welcome. Together we collaborate, advise, and make recommendations to the Master Board. Springtime is here, a time of new beginnings and wow… there is a whole lot beginning this month in our community. I can't believe that it's already been a year since our Executive Chef Chris Rubino joined our Sun Lakes family. For new members and those who don't know, Chris was born, raised, and trained in Naples, Italy. Thomas, as you all know, is doing a yeoman's job for us.
