DO NOT CALL LIST The national Do Not Call list protects
landline and wireless phone numbers. You can register your numbers
on the national Do Not Call list at no cost by calling 1-888-382-1222
(voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY). You must call from the phone
number you wish to register. You can also register at donotcall.gov.
CONSTRUCTION DEFECT CASE We are very aware
of the street cracks and their growth over the winter with the rains
we have had. We are still working through the construction defect
case and the Association's legal counsel has said that we can't fix any
of the streets until the case is closed.
SLOW DOWN A reminder I give at each Open Session
Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the
gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few
seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all
side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive
responsibly. Use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian.
PARKING TEST The Planning Committee continues to
review and research options to maximize Four Seasons' parking
lot capacity. The increase in residential use of golf carts has been
noted. To improve The Lodge parking lot efficiency, our HOA Board
recently approved redrawing the lines for a few spaces which will
offer a choice of either one car per space or two golf carts per space.
See the diagram above.
