No matter what kind of diet or exercise program you follow, no matter what health goals you set for yourself, having the support of others who share your goals and challenges can make all changes you will love and can keep for a lifetime. But the heart of this change is you. TOPS cannot do the work for you, but we do provide you with the tools, information, support, and accountability you need to be successful at each stage of your journey, including after you reach your goal. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins starting at 9 am with the meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once Free of charge. Membership is affordable at only $49 for new members plus $3 monthly chapter dues. With your membership you receive a My Day One (a quick start guide) and six TOPS magazines a year. You also have access to a medical library and our members-only website. Come check us out! We are a very friendly group! Congratulations to all our TOPS and KOPS! Our TOPS chapter had eight members to attend the Southern California Area Recognition Days held in San Diego in June. We would like to congratulate Peggy Andrews for being honored as Southern California Queen Runner-Up with a loss of 64 pounds. We are so proud of you Peggy. She was honored at our TOPS Southern California Area Recognition Days in June. GTG (Grow Taller Group) We recently formed GTG as a companion group to TOPS (above). Several members realized that perhaps we weren't overweight, just undertall. After much research, we have implemented a series of methods to grow taller.
