Recently, biohazard material has been found
in the pool and other places of the common area.
It is crucial to prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved. Notify
the management team immediately about any foreign object(s) found in
the pool and other common areas. Here are the different channels you can
use to report the incident:
1. Front Desk: Notifying the front desk in person is indeed a direct and
immediate way to inform the management about the biohazard material
found in the pool and other common areas. By approaching the front desk
staff personally, you can ensure that the information is communicated
promptly. If someone at the front desk is not available, you can utilize the
other communication methods mentioned below.
2. Email: You can send an email to the management team describing
the incident and providing any relevant details. Make sure to use the
appropriate email address provided by the management for such matters.
Management emails can be found in e View.
3. Telephone: Contact the management directly via phone and inform
them about the incident. You can ask for the appropriate contact number
from the front desk or any staff member at the facility. Management phone
number can be found in e View.
4. Resident Request Form: Fill out the Resident Request Form available
on the rack in the Lodge. Provide a detailed account of the incident and
make sure to clearly indicate the urgency of the matter.
5. Website: You can access the website https://www.soleradiamondvalley.
com/p/Resident-Suggestion-Form and submit the necessary information
through the Resident Suggestion Form.
Remember, it is essential to report incidents like these promptly so that
appropriate measures can be taken to maintain the safety and cleanliness
of the pools and the common area.
