| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2023 | 33 Many years ago, Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) was conducted by a couple of ladies who guided us through each exercise. No one in the class spoke until the conclusion. If you know about us, we have changed that focus to sharing life concerns as we move through the SASY regimen. One of our members summed it up long ago, "If you can't move your hips – move your lips!" SASY is strength training only. ere are 15 exercises for arms, legs and torso. e class is free. We meet in e Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and ursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne Lincoln (765-7112) or Char Weakley (926-2599). Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) Healthy Living Healthy Living has changed its program format over the past couple of months to focus on the individual's wellbeing. e first half hour of the class is dedicated to sharing individual health concerns. Dave Tuvim, our host, also distributes articles on varying subjects pertaining to health-related advice. e second half hour finds us enjoying social interaction and a great breakfast in the Bistro. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am in the Multipurpose Room. If you have any questions about our program, please call Dave and Karen Tuvim at (626) 710-7163.
