Changes may occur. A complete copy is available in the HOA Office. Golf Course Update: Vice Pres. Ross read Majestic Asset Management litigation update prepared by our legal counsel. Trial setting conference is scheduled for June 22, 2023. Golf Course Town Hall Meeting: Meeting will be held on ursday, July 6, from 10 am to 12 noon in the Clubhouse Auditorium. May 2023 Golf Course Subsidy Request: Approved subsidy of $46,025 for June 2023 to be used for clearing golf course weeds and the insurance premium. Approval of April 2023 Treasurer's Report: Approved as presented. Total Operating and Reserve Liabilities and Equity: $5,779,000. Article 4 – Section 4.5 Golf Carts: Board Consideration of Community Vote: Approved placing recently amended golf cart rule on the September Annual Election ballot for a membership vote to either rescind or uphold the amended rule. Approval to Amend Recreation and Fitness Committee Charter: Approved amending charter from five members to seven members so various clubs can be represented. Area Walk Plantings – Areas 1-14: Discussed whether to approve plantings for Areas 1-14. Tabled to August 17 meeting. Landscape Superintendent to obtain the cost of addressing rabbit damage to front yard turf in the community. Patio Furniture Proposal: Approved proposal #23-15702 to provide and install 30 lounge chairs, 96 chairs, 12 48" round tables, 12 42" square tables and 24 umbrella bases. Total cost: $63,439. Renew Annual Consulting Contract for Managed Tech and Training Services by Henricksen Experiential (HENXP): Approved. Estimated cost $19,800, plus one-time service fee of $3,200. Total cost: $23,000 for 2023-2024 fiscal year. Fitness Equipment: Approved consideration of new equipment and return of the vibration machine. Recreation and Fitness Committee to meet with residents who use the gym equipment to get their feedback. Approval to Research Active Shooter Training Series: Approved researching a learning series which will include professionals in the field, Police, Fire and other emergency response authorities.
