e Tai Chi class welcomes any and all
curious and interested residents to come and
join us for a tryout. We meet every Tuesday
and ursday in the Auditorium for this
relaxing form of exercise. e hour-long
class starts promptly at 3:30 pm. ere is no
need to sign up, just come and participate.
Please make sure to wear loose clothing and
supportive shoes. NOTE: ere will be no
class on Sept. 12 and Sept. 14.

Our instructor will be back from summer break starting Tuesday, Sept. 5. If you would like to try something new, Beginner's
class will begin at 4:30 pm in the Auditorium. e class is only $5, with the first one FREE, so you can try before you buy. Don't
worry about shoes; our instructor will loan clogging shoes until you decide whether you want to buy your own.
Clogging is a form of American Folk Dance with taps on the shoes. It's a great way to exercise your body and brain. Studies
show that dancing is a major tool in the fight against Alzheimer's and dementia. If you are interested or have questions, please
