4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | SEPTEMBER 2023 Over the past several years code violation letters sent to us and some of our neighbors have been a source of much consternation. Each of us may need to step back a bit and look at the broader picture of what is happening here. Our friend, Tyler, is charged with among other things, the task of keeping our community's landscaping appearance within the guidelines established by our governing documents. You can be sure that Tyler does not begin his day with the thought of who can I upset today with my courtesy letters. Instead, his focus is always on how can I serve the Solera Diamond Valley residents. He deserves our gratitude for the solid but difficult work that he does for us. Let me ask each us, myself included, that when we receive our next "Courtesy Notice," instead of getting bent into strange shapes, we call Tyler immediately and thank him for bringing the issue to our attention. Also inform him of what we have been doing to solve the issue and when we hope to have it resolved. I am hopeful that this action will go a long way to build better communication and advance the good will in our Solera Diamond Valley community.
