17.2.2(e) Stucco must be painted with a flat, eggshell, or
satin paint. Semi-gloss and gloss paint are not allowed.
Trim and accent colors may be painted using a satin
finish.
17.2.2(f ) Garage doors may be painted the stucco color,
the trim color, or a white from the White option page.
17.2.2(g)Two coats of paint are required, using a known
brand such as Sherwin Williams, Vista, Valspar, Behr,
Olympic, etc.
17.2.2(h) If any White Option is chosen on any portion of
a residence only one white option can be used as a stucco
color, trim, or accent. Multiple White Options cannot be
used.
ARTICLE 3 – SPORTS COURT RULES
3.2 Tennis. During the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.,
the following rules are in effect:
3.2.1 Mornings are set aside for either scheduled play or
reserved play. If a court is not reserved, the court is considered
open on a first-come basis.
3.2.2 Monthly schedules are set up the previous month for a
large group of players. Monday and Wednesday mornings are
reserved for women's scheduled play. Tuesday and ursday
mornings are reserved for men's scheduled play. Any resident
who wishes to be included in a schedule should contact
the scheduler listed in the Activity Schedule of e Colony
Newsletter.
3.5 Pickle Ball Backboard Rule
3.5.1 Paddle/Pickle players intending to use the court for
single or double play have priority over an individual(s) using
the court for practice on the backboard.
3.5.2 A player using the backboard must vacate the court
aer a maximum of 15 minutes of practice if anyone is waiting
to use the court.
3.5.3 A guest may use the backboard provided that a
resident is present.
3.5.4 Residents always have priority over guests for use of
the backboard.
3.5.5 e backboard is strictly for the practice of Paddle
and Pickleball.
