Nothing much has changed at this time. The court date is Nov. 17
with Judge Hopp, and preparations are continuing by the Pass Action
Group and its legal team. There are no details on the time of the
court hearing, but PAG will update us for the Daily Report.
The PAG Group have Pass Action t-shirts that are being sold for $20
each. If you are interested in purchasing a t-shirt, you can contact
Harry Finigan at (210) 240-7028.
As more information becomes available, we will be updated by a
member of the PAG team.
The PAG Board of Directors thank everyone who have supported
and continue to support the efforts to stop the Banning Pointe
Warehouse Project.
