I am to send letters every month, escalating and closing violations as necessary. Management is aware that there are code violations around the Community that have stuck around for longer than anticipated. We continue to do what we can to enforce the Governing Documents and return the properties to the compliant status. Management would appreciate your patience as we work to close out those long, drawn-out code violations. Violations: Opened- 25 ; Closed- 13 Action Items (is information is accurate as of 10/9/23. Please refer to the front desk for any updates.) • Trees around the Community are to be replaced when the weather cools down - late October is the predicted time frame. • A treadmill is due to be replaced aer it broke down in September. • With the paint beginning to fade, our handyman is due to refinish the bocce ball court lines. • e curb along the parking lot next to the outdoor pool has been painted to alert residents of the lower step. • Our landscaping vendor is actively working to remove the issue of standing water in the pots in the pool area. • e men's spin dryer has been checked out, and it needs a new motor. It is to be repaired when we receive the part. • e new back patio furniture is set to be ordered soon. • Our landscaping vendor is set to continue to the next stage of rock setting within the month of October. Steering Wheel Locks: Use steering wheel locks or other anti-the devices to make your car more difficult to steal. 5.
