Please contribute at www.givebutter.com /passactiongroupbanning THE HEARING IS COMPLETE 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors is Wed., April 10, 2024, at 9 am, in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. There will be three open positions on the Board. Each newly elected director will serve a two-year term. Any homeowner interested in running for the Board of Directors should fill out a candidacy form. The candidacy form will be available in the Administration Office beginning Mon., Jan. 8, 2024, and must be returned no later than 5 pm on Wed., Feb. 7, 2024. The Inspector of Election will review each candidacy form it receives and place all eligible candidates on the ballot. A "Meet the Candidates" forum will be conducted in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Members will be given the opportunity to ask questions of the Board candidates. The Forum will be held on Wed., March 6, 2024, at 4 pm. The Member of Record date is Wed., Feb. 14, 2024, and ballots will be mailed to each homeowner on Fri., March 8, 2024. Election information will be posted on the Sun Lakes website www.sunlakescc.com and on the bulletin board, in the Main Clubhouse, adjacent to the receptionist desk. 2024 BIENNIAL DISTRICT DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DISTRICT DELEGATE ELECTION The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association District Delegate and Alternate District Delegate Elections are held in conjunction with the SLCCHOA Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors. The District Delegate and Alternate District Delegate election results will be tabulated by the Inspector of Election on April 10, 2024. Each newly elected District Delegate and Alternate District Delegate will serve a two-year term.
