Table Tennis/Ping Pong
SLCC Table Tennis/Ping Pong is the same. Always fun. Shots getting better with practice. Just shut
it out and play! Pound it, spin it, flick it, and anything you can get away with (within the rules). This
month the spotlight turns to the Huntsman World Senior Games played in St. George, Utah (photo
below). Two members from our club, Gary Lile, and John Williams participated in October. Short
story: We loved the experience. For all interested actively-aging seniors, it is covered all over the
internet; contact Mr. Google (if you don't know who Mr. Google is, you can call Gary Lile below).
Gary got a Gold metal (proudly displaying it at right), he deserves it.
We usually play Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 4 to 6 pm, and Saturdays,10 am to 12, but it
is best to check the SLCC website for updated
schedule changes, because sometimes we get
bumped due to other activities going on. Hard
copies of the schedule are available on game
days in the Ballroom. If there are any questions
