Outlining your home with string- lighting is for holiday decorating only. Permanent track lighting is not permitted. December decorations may be displayed beginning the weekend following Thanksgiving and must be removed by Jan. 10. (5.11) Be considerate of your neighbors with your outdoor lighting during the year. Your lighting cannot cause unreasonable glare or be directed towards your neighbor property. Lights shining toward the night sky is prohibited. Light fixture bulbs shall be white with bulb intensity not to exceed 600 lumens - an LED bulb is 7W and an incandescent bulb is 40W. Rear yard permanent exterior single strand patio or rope lighting is allowable under the original Pulte patio and extended patio covers. Lights shall be white with a maximum of 1.5W incandescent equivalent per bulb. Rear yard entertainment lighting is allowed for a maximum of 72 hours.
